I am committed to taking a systems-based approach to advance the capacities of all educators to discover, design, and implement solutions to support the success of learners. In order to prepare educators and learners alike, I believe we must promote and support experiential learning opportunities, provide job-embedded coaching, and foster dispositions that support an individual’s agility to adapt.
