My Values

My Vision

Going Over Data

Stay committed to research-based instructional practices.

I believe that being able to connect research-based instructional strategies to new initiatives, trends, and policies not only will support learner outcomes but will help educators make connections and develop new learning in meaningful ways.

Leverage technology and digital learning practices to make critical thinking & creativity visible.

Digital learning practices and technologies are an integral part of the process for shaping how learners not only engage in new learning, document the process of growth but also provide opportunities for personalizing how learners demonstrate learning outcomes leveraging real-world practices.

Meeting

Learn the culture of the people you are working with to develop a systems-based approach.

Getting to know the core values of a system is a powerful strategy that will help to uncover ways to build capacity and garner buy-in.

Discover. Design. Do.

I believe we must develop the capacities of all educators to discover problems worth solving, design, test, and implement actionable solutions to prepare learners for an ever-changing world.

Opportunities for lifelong learning are crucial for responding to ongoing changes and adaptations in a variety of industries and labor markets.  I am committed to taking a systems-based approach to advance the capacities of all educators to discover, design, and implement solutions to support the success of learners.  In order to prepare educators and learners alike, I believe we must promote and support experiential learning opportunities, provide job-embedded coaching, and foster dispositions that support an individual’s agility to adapt.
